Founder & CEO

Daniel founded Gagnon Landscape Contracting with a vision to build a company known for exceptional craftsmanship, strong relationships, and unwavering integrity. He continues to lead the business with a hands-on commitment to quality, growth, and delivering an outstanding experience for every client.

CFO

Emily helps lead the financial health and long-term direction of Gagnon Landscape Contracting. She brings a strong strategic lens to the business, helping guide growth, decision-making, and a client experience rooted in integrity and excellence.

Director of Maintenance Operations

Andrew leads the maintenance division with a focus on consistency, quality, and dependable service. He helps ensure crews are well-coordinated, properties are cared for to a high standard, and clients can count on a smooth, professional experience season after season.

Stephen Gagnon

Director of Residential Construction

Stephen leads Gagnon’s residential construction work, including indoor renovations, decking, permitting, and general contracting. He helps bring projects from concept to completion with careful coordination, clear communication, and a focus on quality craftsmanship.

How It All Began

Two Reading friends, Dan and Peter, started mowing lawns in 2010 with a single mower and a drive to serve neighbors. As their reputation grew, their small start-up evolved into Gagnon Landscape Contracting in 2016. Today, that same integrity and dedication guide every project across Winchester and the surrounding communities.

We come to your home to walk the grounds with you, understand how you want to live in them, and begin shaping a plan that reflects both your vision and the land itself.

Design & Proposal

You receive a plan drawn specifically for your home, with 2D layouts, plant selections, and 3D renderings to walk you through what we will build together.

Scheduling

Once the design is yours, we assign your project a timeline and begin construction with the same principal team leading the way.
